Caring for your face is important. I personally believe that the best ways to care for your face is simply to exfoliate and to moisturize.

For exfoliation I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub once a day.

For moisturizing, I use Nivea Creme at night. I only use Nivea to moisturize at night ‘coz the product is a bit sticky.

For my morning moisturizer I use Pond’s Age Defying or Pond’s Pinkish White Cream.

It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but this saying is not applicable nowadays. The media has changed the meaning of beauty for many years now and for many generations the standards of beauty has been changing and evolving into something different from what it was before.

History has taught us that beauty in every culture differs. In ancient China having a “lotus feet” is considered a sign of perfect beauty. IPL (Intense Pulse Light) – This method uses filtered full-spectrum light with low infrared radiation directed to the hair follicle to lessen the ability of hair growth. This method is somehow similar to laser hair removal which causes thermal/mechanical damage to the areas that is responsible for hair growth.
